For over 15 years, we have advocated for Certified Athletic Trainers to be at every high school, working with local districts to meet their needs. Our athletic trainers also serve as medical professionals at many local tournaments, providing care for student and collegiate athletes.

Our goal is to become the premier providers for adult and pediatric rehabilitation and sports performance training in Northwest Indiana and the surrounding state line areas. We are a private practice that provides the community with a local alternative to the conventional means of rehabilitation; with a commitment to treating patients functionally from a purely biomechanical perspective, which is based on the most current research in rehabilitation. Our specialty is the functional approach to evaluation and treatment, manual skills, and strength and conditioning servicing the pediatric to the geriatric populations. Our practice is committed 100% to functional outpatient rehabilitation which includes a transitional program to TM Wellness. Trademark was built from the ground up with an emphasis on functional treatment specialties and manual therapy.

Michael Hornbuckle is a sports medicine professional with a wealth of athletic training and sports performance experience. He was the Head Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach for the Gary Steelheads, of the Continental Basketball Association. Hornbuckle was also the Head Athletic Trainer for the Chicago Fire. Hornbuckle has also been the athletic trainer for several professional basketball, football and soccer teams both at home and abroad.

Hornbuckle also holds certifications as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, and as a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator. He has implemented multiple injury prevention programs and provides functional movement testing for injury prevention identification. He also has a measureable track record for improving athletic performance. Additionally, Michael applies his skills as a Corrective Movement Specialist to help people of all walks of life improve their overall functional abilities.

As the President and Founder of TradeMark Performance Corporation, Michael Hornbuckle is bringing a different level of athletic training and performance training to the general public. With highly educated and experienced staff, TradeMark Performance is the new generation of Sports Medicine and Performance.

Hannah Tether
Hannah is a certified personal trainer, and holds a certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She works with clients of all ages and experience levels, and strives to help her clients achieve their goals. Hannah designs custom programs for each individual she trains regardless of their age or fitness level.

Originally from Holland, MI, Hannah is a graduate of Trinity Christian where she was a collegiate volleyball and soccer player.

Dave Newbolds
Dave is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, having grown up in Griffith. He attended High School at Bishop Noll Institute. Dave received his undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in Sports medicine/Athletic Training and Physical Education. He attended the prestigious Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, earning his advanced degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, and has since had a career helping patients recover from injury and surgery as well as treating and preventing injuries for amateur, professional and Olympic athletes.

Dave has been active in his State and Federal Professional Associations, serving as Recording Secretary and Federal Governmental Affairs Liaison. Working as a guest lecturer at major Doctoral Physical Therapy Programs, he helps students through speaking and mentoring. He is also a member of the Northwestern University Health and Human Sciences Alumni Board of Directors.

In his free time, He enjoys racing his bicycle with his local team, as well as completing several full marathons. A self-described “shutterbug” Dave also enjoys photography. For self- enrichment, Dave has treated various animals over the years, including show dogs, paralyzed cats, and high caliber racehorses and jockeys. He has worked with Indy Car Racing providing therapy to race car drivers with back injuries.

With a career rich in experiences, Dave brings his unique insights to the patients of Trademark Performance.

Matt Pobereyko
As a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, Matt is still living his dream of playing professional sports. Matt is currently on the New York Mets active roster, and has played both at the AA and AAA levels. Matt is a graduate of Bishop Noll in Hammond, IN as well as a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College where he holds the single season record for strike outs. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Physiology.

Matt uses his expertise and knowledge of performance and movement training to help athletes develop strength; improve mobility and increase quickness to the ball. For his pitchers, he also focuses on the necessary strength to improve velocity. Matt works with clients in-house over the winter months, and is a key component to the remote training program allowing his clients access to him all season long.

Beth Braviere
Beth Braviere graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Master’s in Exercise Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training. Before joining TradeMark, she was the Athletic Trainer at Purdue University Calumet for 3 years. She also served at her Alma Mater, TF North, as the Head Athletic Trainer for 6 years.

Beth feels very passionate about the work that she does with the students. She believes that it is important to not only serve as their Athletic Trainer but also be a healthcare educator, friend, and liaison.   Beth also divides her time at the Diggz in Northwest Indiana as a Personal Trainer. While not working Beth is usually spending time with her family, which includes twin girls. Beth enjoys running, biking, and any new adventure!
Brittany Mitacek
Brittany Mitacek is a certified athletic trainer currently working at TF South High School.  She graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a degree in Kinesiology and a concentration in athletic training.  She has been at TF South for the past eight years and loves the atmosphere of the school.  It is a fast paced environment and the athletes definitely keep her on her toes.  When Brittany is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading books, and substitute teaching.
Christian Germonprez
Christian Germonprez is a BOC certified athletic trainer. Raised in Indiana, he has lived in Hobart most of his life and attended Andrean High School. 

He is a graduate of the University of Evansville with his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. Christian currently serves as the Certified Athletic Trainer for River Forest High School in Hobart, IN.
David Hardy
David is a certified personal trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and holds a certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, he holds a Certification of Applied Functional Science. David works with clients of all ages and experience levels, but he specializes in youth performance training, primarily working with volleyball players, and has trained middle school through college level athletes throughout the areas of Northwest Indiana, Chicago, and the suburbs of Illinois. David partnered with the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) to develop a series of training videos featured on the 5-Minute fitness section of the JVA Dig It app. David’s training videos feature exercises for volleyball athletes that are able to be performed anywhere to achieve overall volleyball fitness. David customizes programs for each individual he trains using exercises grounded in research, and feels strongly that every athlete he trains understands the ‘why’ behind each of the components of the training program. David challenges his athletes and stresses education and injury prevention, all while providing motivational support and encouragement.
Anthony Braviere
Anthony brings a wealth of financial knowledge to Trademark, and is the co-owner of the business. Although his full-time job keeps him off-site most of the time, he is an integral part of business strategy and growth.

Anthony graduated from Thornton Fractional North High School, and has lived in Northwest Indiana for most of his life. An avid sports fan, and baseball player, Anthony enjoys watching his daughters excel at sports.
